I had difficulty with updating my new details on the App . I tried several times with no success. I was able to get support from an adviser via the phone.The adviser spotted immediately what the problem was and rectified it in no time . She was really helpful ,polite and friendly and assured me that I was not going to incur a fee as generally all changes if you call them direct to update your details without using your online account would incur a cost. Overall it was great customer service
