HORRIBLE company
HORRIBLE company . My water pressure and heater are not working properly. We put in a work order at the beginning of July and it’s already going to be August at the end of the week . The only thing they have done is buy a new water heater but the plumber said an electrician has to come out and finish setting it up . I then asked the plumber to check out the water pressure and all he said was “run the water it may have air stuck in there” SIR WE HAVE HAD LOW PRESSURE FOR A MONTH NOW . Taking a shower and washing dishes with droplets of water is not what I pay $2500 a month for . And now we have to shower with droplets AND FREEZING COLD WATER . Who knows when the electrician will come by or when another plumber will check the pressure . Where is all our money going to ? Because it sure isn’t for this house . It saddens me because I love my house . The service is defiantly lacking in this company . I will keep calling EVERY day . Very disappointing that they don’t care one bit about their tenants .
