Ricky called me having seen I was struggling, he took over from a grumpy old man (me!) who was making a booking for a trip that was a necessity rather than pleasure so my heart was not in it, I was disillusioned with the constant changing of prices and availability day to day. Ricky was patient, professional and above all, understanding and friendly, we got it sorted and I was happy with the outcome, he must be good because I had to to up my budget by £700 and was reasonably happy to do this on his advice but it was not a hard sell.
