Painless and perfect sales - After sales really poor
Really delighted to have purchased my first motorcycle from P & H. I'm a complete novice to bikes even though I'm a petrol head. The salesman Mark Slade took me through the process listened to options I was considering helped me all the way. Extremely slick, helpful, quick, painless and pleasant. I originally gave 5 stars for this. Part 2 I went back for accessories that I arranged in advanced, I had to drive some distant with my 6 year old and no one could help, denied all knowledge. I wanted to buy a top box, they didn't have a clue. Wasted journey, said they'd call me back, never did. While I was there a different salesman was mocking the scooter I bought in order win a bigger sale. Pathetic. How can you mock something you sell, just don't sell it. Part 3 I called to arrange a service, repair and some recall work. Absolutely useless, unhelpful, no information I could use. Left the phone call even more confused without a clue what I need to do next. Absolute rubbish.
