I will submit a further review post cruise. We have booked with friends to go on an Alaskan/Canadian cruise leaving Brisbane this Friday. We have made numerous telephone calls which have resulted in an improved itinerary including flights and accommodation. However, My Cruises have changed my friends itinerary which no longer aligns with ours. The numerous phone calls and emails have unfortunately not resulted in a satisfactory outcome. It’s very disappointing as transfers are not included in these packages and we will therefore not be able to share costs with our travelling companions. MYC-43729 Update Having now returned from my trip, Iwas about to update my review in a positive light. However, having now read the response below (which is inaccurate at best) I will now take this matter further, which will include My Cruises providing evidence of the alleged email confirmation. Not happy at all. I am still waiting for the email confirmation?
