A life literally saved
After decades of therapists from Kaiser and numerous company’s mental wellness departments including state funded agency therapists that left me feeling hopeless for recovering, not even a month in, my therapist had me on the path to finding the man that was dark and hopeless. She got me on the right path making it possible for me to still be walking the earth and able to write this review. She, and rula in essence saved me from a disillusioned and unnecessary end of my life. I truly believe my therapist, who Rula as a whole is extremely blessed to have on staff, saved my family and friends from a senseless funeral. I’ve been seeing her since November 2024 and my most recent appointment being the 3rd of July and I know instead of dreading my appointments, because of Cherie, I excitedly look forward to my next one to see what breakthroughs we make. I refuse to miss appointments to which I’ve rescheduled and scheduled other medical appointments along with refusing things that would financially benefit me if it falls on my appointment date and time. I may be wrong, but I don’t think many folks can make that claim. The first meeting after I laid out who and how I was, we just “clicked” and the rest has been nothing shy of pure enlightenment. I have a crazy adhd brain and she has been the only therapist that actually calmed it down enough to be able to sit still and look inside it, even if only for an hour a week. That alone gave me enough positive energy to take it further after we part ways for the week. The only drawback is it’s only an hour and only once a week. When I say I owe my life to her….. that is not a lie.
