No service. No support
I was having issues where i could not make calls and everytime it would either say "no mobile network avaliable" or calls would just go to voicemail and this was the same when people called me. I called Talkhome for support and they told me it was an issue with my phone despite other sim cards working with my phone, no problem. I have now moved to another provider due to the lack of support and the ongoing issue. Update 30.05.25: Sid, I appreciate your response to my review however at the moment I do not see where I would return as a customer of Talk Home due to the experience I had, your advisor who I spoke to (didn't catch his name) was quick to dismiss any issues and said it's my phone's fault even though other people's SIM cards who are on a different network, worked perfectly fine in my phone. With my new provider I have not faced such issues. Again I appreciate your response to my review.
