I paid ₹1,50,000 in the name of booking amount and soil testing charges. Despite repeated follow-ups and requests, the amount has not been refunded. The communication has been poor, and I have not received any satisfactory explanation regarding the delay. Before making any payment, I strongly advise others to get all refund terms and conditions in writing and verify every commitment carefully. My experience has been frustrating and stressful due to the lack of transparency and accountability. I hope the company resolves this matter promptly and returns the pending amount. Customer service and trust are critical in the real estate industry, and unfortunately, my experience with BNB has fallen far below expectations.
