Pro-active, professional, friendly and interested in doing a good job. Jo from Dexters is all of these things. A true breath of fresh air and a delight to deal with. She can’t perform magic, no-one can, but she lets you know what she can do and how that’s going. She also gets an awful lot done too. Great liaison between landlord and managing agent.
