Beware of payment page errors!!! Order duplicated
Ordered a bike for our daughters birthday. On the payment page a message showed up saying payment didn't go through and to try an alternative payment method. I tried again and still wasn't sure payment went through although no message this time. Checked order history and 2 orders had been placed. There is no way to automatically cancel an order, as with Amazon, the order must be cancelled by email. I emailed internet-bikes immediately cancelling the order. I also cancelled via there online chat facility. The next day I contacted internet-bikes via online chat to check if the order had been cancelled as requested. I was told that they had not cancelled my order and that I would have two bike delivered. I was advised that I could refuse the delivery at the door step and the courier may return the goods. If the good were returned I would then get a refund. Very very poor customer experience so far. Their system doesn't work very well.
