Amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service. I had made an error on the quantity of an item in my order, and received a call from the company to check if I had made a mistake. They corrected it there and then at no extra cost. Truly one of the best.

Understanding and helpful …
I dealt with Lucy and Ellie and they guided me through the UK conveyancing process with which I was totally out of touch and unfamiliar, having lived abroad for decades. Once they realised I hadn't a clue (!) they were patient, understanding and helpful throughout, even when I didn't understand exactly what was being asked of me. They also managed to advance the usual completion date by a few days at my request. I would not hesitate to recommend the Ellie Hamer team at PLS.
