Hopeless on water meter switching
Yorkshire Water send me a bill and encourage me to switch to a water meter. I try every day, different times of the day to request the first step to do this. There are never any appointments and if you try to use the phone number they give, this doesn't help you. Obvious next step for this problem would be customer services email but there isn't one or if there is they hide it well. Is this actually a scam to discourage people moving to meters while saying they are encouraging it so the fat cats keep getting the money?
