Poor Service
Ive been we Aussie broadband with about a year, issue with speed i was paying for 50mbs cant achieve on my line, told by nbn co and Aussie broadband that fine still charged me for the service i was only getting if half that, changed my account down to 25mbs only get about 17mbs to 20mbs. There account recovery to access user names or password just does not work, i have tried multiple time to recover my account information. As of today (19-04-26) attempting to fix an issues im on hold for 30 minutes waiting to make anther formal complicate. (still on hold) I never had so many issues with a service provider and do not understand why 25mbs is $70 vs a 5G that is $70 at 100mbs to 300mbs by TPG.
