Very professional nutritional coach Andres and his team helped me to reduce my weight in 14 kg in 7 months for a back surgery. Affer the operation I got Covid an regain 3 of those lost kg, But still i’m in my maintainance way of eating. Definetly he taught me how to change my way of eating. Thank you Andres and Team!!!
