Hello - why cant i email you with my problem??
Hello My car had 2 new tyres on the front on 19/05/25 installed by Jim Stuart at West Quay Road, Poole Today while driving i noticed a clicking noise from the front of the car After a quick inspection it became obvious the wheel nuts on the nearside wheel were loose. I have now tightened these by hand but need your gun to ensure they are torqued up properly I have been driving cars for over 50 years and have never had wheel nuts come loose. Please can you arrange for me to come in to your work shop to have the nuts tightened properly ASAP And to discuss how I should word my feedback Please call me on 07733101037 to discuss , not too early!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
