I appreciate ALTA's expertise and flexibility in ensuring we are customizing and validating our new test in the right ways. I would like to see ALTA be more of a partner and take more control over project planning, following up and keeping a project moving forward rather than relying on the client to do so. I would also like to see ALTA be more proactive in reaching out to talk about new products and services. We were using the phone version of a test for many years and are just now revisiting the test and administration process. We probably should've moved to the IVR option years ago.
