Save your money and sanity! I wanted to share some additional follow up issues I’ve experienced with Great Jones. After terminating them as my property managers due to a lack of effort and constant displays of incompetence. They have refused to release the funds they kept in reserve for the properties. Despite me telling them not to keep reserves on file. Now they are using those funds post management time frame to charge me for landscaping and utilities. That’s right they charging me fees when they’re no longer managing the property. This company has shown they are not only incompetent of effectively managing a property. They are also thieves. Stealing money from their client base. Stay away or it will cost you time, money and then peace of mind they’re supposed to provide by managing a property.
