Not faster not better
All I want is a new script! Thought this would be quicker than waiting until my reg doctor who can't see me for a fortnight. First time doctor hung up on me before the call started. Got a new link and 45 minutes later still waiting. Regrettably the system at Hola does not work. Would give a 5 star for actual human being calling me to advise how they were going to fix the "Doctor hang-up". But overall it's a half star for Hola. My suspicions is that the Doctor probably has to do a school run. Well now I, am late for work. Started this process at 7.15am and it's now 8:33am. Done my cash for the appointment that never happened. Waste of money and time.
