They won't let me make any purchases…

They won't let me make any purchases since March 26, 2025. Support tells me there's nothing they can do and that my account is under review. Modo replied to this review like they intend on doing anything. It doesn't take 5 months to do a review. This is just what you can expect from Modo. Non existent customer service and lies.
