Edited after Kit's reply: While they are working to fix the glitch that resulted in the wrong size being sent, they never addressed the fact that I only received my refund after months of waiting and finally complaining. So I still would NOT really recommend. I have a super-high Rx, and my size 50 frames broke. Other online frame supplier sent wrong size -- 48s because they ran out of 50s and were too greedy to be honest about inability to fulfill my order. So we went to Kits. My husband double, triple checked the order at every stage (except the last), confirming "size 50" to me over and over as I was too blind to order them myself. But apparently, at the last step when it asks for frame color, the website *automatically* changes your requested size if that color-size combo isn't in stock. It doesn't say, "we don't have 50s in blue" -- it just changes the 50 to 48 in blue. So I got a SECOND pair of unusable 48s. Customer Service rep told us immediately this had happened to loads of other people (then fix the dang problem, Kits?!), and he personally oversaw the expedited shipping of a THIRD pair, finally size 50. His service was 5 stars. Unfortunately, while I could send the 48s back for a refund, I still had to pay for the 50s: At this point, I was out the cost of THREE frames. Other seller's only redemption was that they gave me a prompt refund on pair #1, and the Kits 50s finally arrived. TWO MONTHS later I followed up with Kits: "hey, where's the refund for the 48s?" They sent me an invoice that was barely readable (formatting overlapped text) with a generic email that implied, "as we said before," making me think it had been applied to my credit card but I had missed it. But when I looked closer, I realized they didn't give me the refund when the 48s were returned (mid-April), only when I asked about it mid-June. In summary: their website has a very high likelihood of botching your order, the human tech support are wonderful and compassionate human beings (only reason Kits didn't get a 1-star review), and their refund procedure is to NOT give you your money back until you complain.
