Sahara was excellent to deal with at the office to go through all the rental procedures etc. She is very friendly and knowledgeable:) The van we get picked up at at the airport is very clean and comfortable too! We’ve rented several times from Routes Ottawa and are always pleased with the service - especially with Sahara:) Thank you!:)
