Straightforward process for me as a FTB. Used PLS as the recommended provider for a Keepmoat development. Really appreciated the fully online nature of the dealings, as made this much easier with a full time job. Megan Ferendenus-Reynolds and team were brilliant and responsive to emails in good time. They kept me updated towards exchange of contracts and during completion (whilst I was on holiday across the other side of the world!). I would definitely recommend Megan, her team and PLS to others in future. Take negative reviews regarding fees with a pinch of salt - the schedule of fees is transparent and if using as a developer’s preferred provider, you can easily negotiate contributions to legal fees.
