I placed an online order on Nov.20 for…
I placed an online order on Nov.20 for 4 items. I received one item. Another item was shipped but 10 days later I still don’t have it. I called customer service this morning and my other 2 items were cancelled. Joann’s didn’t notify me of the cancellations so I have been checking the status of the items everyday. I am so disappointed. I’m done shopping at Joann’s. They have lost my business.
