Despite my concerns, a very positive experience
I was very late in the day booking my collection/delivery consequently it wasn't collected the next day. Was a bit worried when there was no contact telephone number so emailed instead. Have to say they responded promptly. It was collected early the next day, again, a bit concerned as there was no receipt issued and they were taking away a grands worth of push bike! However, took a photo of the driver with the parcel at his van, including the reg number just in case. Again, they delivered this the next day, which was a Saturday, was not expecting it to be delivered until Monday, so all in all it was a good experience. I hope they get their telephone contact sorted, then it would have been 5 stars.
