Could have been better
I requested to return an item that I had ordered online in error. I was entitled to a full refund. They initially offered me ‘a one time offer’ of a 25% discount and to keep the item. I refused this and requested a full refund as per my statutory rights, and for the item to be returned. They then offered me 50% refund and to keep the item. I repeated that the item was of no use to me and that I wanted a full refund and for return of the item to be arranged. I have now received full refund, but have not been contacted to have the item returned.
