Hi All, My view on Ecoplex. Firstly, I had a home consultation with their sales team, it’s a pity these guys aren't technically minded about the products to they sell but saying that I wasn't put off too much. In terms of cost, they were fair and open to your budget needs which was important. Secondly installation. The installation date was set, as promised they said they would finish in one day, didn't happen, trying to get a return date was a bit of a struggle but they came back and completed the works. The guys who carried out the works where very good guys both roofers and electricians. After the works were completed, I experienced issues with the operation of the system, I engaged with the office, they were very slow to get back to me which I found frustrating but when thy did come back the guys who carried out the review were really good guys and pleasant to deal with, Would I recommend them going forward yes for sure, is there issues with communication absolutely but to be fair they recognize that which is important and prepared to put things right Overall good experience.
