Thieves - Do not throw away your money
A relative ordered 2 gift baskets - one for me and one for my sister - from Hazeltons Canada 3 weeks ago. Still not delivered. Numerous emails, chat line messages and phone calls, unanswered by Hazeltons. After asking for a cancellation and refund, this is the email received today: “Your order has already been prepared but has not yet been retrieved from our shipping facility by the courier, because they are delayed. Any updates regarding the status/whereabouts of your order will be shared with you automatically either via e-mail, a shipping notification with a tracking link or the tracking app, once the courier has retrieved the package from our shipping facility.” Hazeltons’ tracker shows the order as sitting on a delivery truck since Dec 23. Apparently, they have no intention of cancelling the order, or refunding her money (almost $500). Do not waste you money with this company, or be prepared to chase them through your credit card company or to sue them.
