What a horrible gym on bell road at…
What a horrible gym on bell road at percy priest lake, Hermitage TN. Recently joined. Went in today and cleaning lady was playing loud spanish music on her phone, sounding jibberish since I dont know spanish. When I asked if she could turn it off, she screamed, well I want to listen to it. She immediately went to a manager and he came to ladies locker room to speak with me. He stated she had phone in her pocket and listening to music while she cleaned and I need to be respectful in their house. She did not have phone in her pocket and plus I didn't know if she was filming when I undressed. Specificly, signage states no cell phones allowed. The lack of consideration and respect for customers is unbelievable. Of course the manager banned my membership. However, who would want to work out in that ugly atmosphere anyway. There are more mature, considerate, and respectful gyms with favorable character to their customers.
