Poor service. Slow to ship
Like others have pointed out, not so great customer service and delayed shipping. Ordered a vaporizer with expedited shipping. 4 Days later they contacted me saying my card wasn't processing so I quickly resolved it with my bank. Then they contacted me after my payment was successful and informed me that the item I ordered was not in stock. Update: The “fraud” they are referring to in their reply was an error by my bank that changed the address associated with my card to an address I had my new checks sent to. The issue was resolved immediately when I was made aware of it (again, days after I placed my order with fast shipping). My card was charged despite not having the item. 2 days later I was issued a refund.
