Very bad customer service by front lune…
Very bad customer service by front line staff. Really letting the brand down. Had to arrange two call outs in the last 2 months. 1st one Advisor Pam provided incorrect mobile number and location to patrolman. No tracking details and closed the job.Resulted in 4 hour wait on the motorway. She even asked me to walk down the hard shoulder. Complaint raised £30 compensation. The next call out resulted in waiting 6 hours for a patrol that told me he was only an hour away. They closed job and rescheduled without my consent. The patrolman told me thar he was mystified as to why I waited so long. Complaint raised and closed by incompetent Fatameh. She dismissed my complaint and failed ro grasp that 6 hours IS a working day! No goodwill gesture... nothing. Over the years I've overlooked the shoddy service from front line advisors. I've spent money on repairs in the last 3 months with RAC and expect delays due to urgentcy. But dont expect patrolmen letting me know that they were free to be assigned to callout and dispatchers didn't deem it with much importance to attend my emergency. Thanks RAC for making me realise my £39 a month is being wasted. I will be cancelling.
