I appreciated all the resources
I appreciated all the templates and examples that I'll be able to take away and use in real life and in different situations. I work in healthcare - I'd have loved to have a different set of scenarios that would apply more to my line of work, but I also recognize how difficult that would be to create. Polly was extremely responsive to any questions and made time to meet personally if there were any questions. I appreciated the introduction to a lot of online resources. Didn't like that a lot of them ended up being trials of products that required payment for use. I'll probably just stick with google and microsoft products since they are free or available through work.
