The complex is great, but be careful about the unit you book.
The complex is great: location, facilities, staff. But the quality of the individual units varies. Our friends were in a very nice, up-to-date condo. We were two doors down in a dated unit. I don't need a fancy condo when at the beach, but it was obvious that #407 hadn't been well maintained or stocked. The owners appear to be trying not to put any money into it. Otherwise, I recommend this complex.
