FRA269660 I am going with CEL solicitors based on the reviews after being a victim of job scam over the amount of £55,000. I paid via different banks and all of cases went to Financial Ombudsman and 3 out 5 have been rejected which they call their provisional reply. I spoke with representatives who are dealing with my cases and I never get straight answer. I don't feel confident that CEL Solicitors are presenting my case well enough and there is a very slim chance of getting any money back. I don't want to take my fail chances as they would be paid via their insurance even I lose my cases with ombudsman. Therefore, I ask someone senior member to review and advise me their strategies to win my cases. I understand it is one case for them but it is a life savings for me.

It was good experience overall

It was good experience overall. It took 1 hour from the Driver coming and receiving money into my bank account which could have been shortened because I gave the car photos, service history invoice to the What'sApp before hand to make it better and smoother process. Otherwise, all good.
