Failed to carry out Work
I had my motor cycle MOT carried out here, and an advisory was given on my front tyre being close to legal limit, So I ordered a new front tyre to be fitted on the following Week It was to be fitted on the following Wednesday at 14..00. I arrived early on the day and was told that the tyre had not yet arrived, I waited for 3/4 hr to then be told that the tyre would not be in on that day. However it would be in the next day and they would phone as soon as it arrived and it would be fitted as soon as I could get my bike to them. On the following day No phone call at all, it is now Friday and still I have heard nothing from them. Absolutely terrible service, I am now getting a tyre fitted else where, I will not be using Crescent in the future.
