EXCELLENT SERVICE
After reading recent reviews I confess I had some concerns regarding what to expect from Celebrity Customer services, however I can only speak as I found. Unfortunately My wife contracted Covid while we were on a recent cruise. At the time The Canadian authorities insisted that We had to quarantine for 11 days. So five days on the ship and then 8 days in a hotel in Vancouver. Celebrity advised that they would reimburse us a certain amount to cover hotel and food costs. Submitted everything on line as instructed, e mail acknowledged within 48 hours, further e mail a few days later requesting a call to provide card detail and 5 days later monies refunded to my card. The sum paid by Celebrity covered the full cost of our enforced stay in Vancouver and was paid in a timely manner so it's a big thank you from Us.
