Same as everyone else, ordered optrex eye drops, got a random brand I've never heard of that you can't actually buy anywhere else. Wish I'd checked. Really unhappy, will not use again, recommend no one else does either. Replying to their reply: the order receipt i got clearly stated optrex, as did the website and my email receipt. There was no reference that the product had been substituted. Whatever they day about their get out clause, the law is clear on this. This is mis selling. I am reporting them to trading standards as a breach under the consumer goods act 2015.
