Terrible Service - Delivery Postponed Several Times
I ordered a fire door and a lining, delivery was quoted as 3-7 days which is more than I thought it would be and quite expensive although it is a large item. After paying I got a delivery date 6 days ahead. On the delivery day I got a few status notifications but nothing arrived and then a notification that the delivery had been cancelled and I would get a new date but I didn't hear anything. I called up Vivid and asked what the situation was and was asked to book another delivery which I did. This delivery was again postponed by one day so eventually I got my order after 16 days and a lot of hassle. I am a trade customer and when I have to cancel appointments it reflects badly on me, I had to postpone this job twice and had to wait a ridiculously long time so I really can't recommend Vivid Doors. I did ask if they would refund my delivery charge and they said they would look into it but of course I heard nothing. It's a shame as with better customer service I would be writing a positive review, the door and lining were actually good.
