NEVER USE rentalcars.com. IT COULD COST YOU HUNDREDES of £ MORE THAN YOU THINK - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
We have used rentalcars.com on a number of occasions and been an advocate. But, NOT now. We used them for our latest trip to Spain and through their negligence and lack of transparency, it costs us HUNDREDS of pounds. When we returned to the UK and raised this matter as requested by their customer services representative, rentalcars.com management have failed to reply.
