Shocked at how appalling their service is my NovoPen Echo plus memory has failed several times and no longer remembers my insulin doses, I called their alleged customer services so I have to wait for a pre-paid return then wait until the services team decide if there is a problem the I have to contact my extremely busy GP who then has to contact them who will then decide if I deserve a "credit" they will then possibly give my GP a credit my GP will then pass that on to the Pharmacy who will claim that back from Novo and I will eventually get a replacement pen so I can inject my insulin NO HURRY IT'S NOT LIKE I DON'T HAVE TO DO IT 5 TIMES A DAY TO STAY ALIVE , never had this problem before with any of the meter manufacturers libre replace with next day delivery Update It's now the 8th of Feb no replacement no help from their customer insulting service had to contact my GP'S Pharmacist Novo no help to them whatsoever had to get my GP to prescribe a replacement at the cost of the NHS/Taxpayer for their faulty product. Rude unhelpful ignorant and thieving bunch of *********
