Post Office Card Account. J.P. MORGAN Have kept my late Mother's money hidden in one of their accounts for almost 7 years. I have contract their customer service office based in, Newcastle Upon Tyne. To ask them why they have held on to a deceased person's money , without informing the family for so long, but they will not answer simple questions and if you push them for answers, they end your call. I have asked to speak to the, Head of Card Accounts Customer Service, but have been told he does not speak to customers with complaints or answer emails. THIS IS A DEADFUL COMPANY TO COMMUNICATE WITH. BUT I WILL NOT GO AWAY... BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY...!
