Avoid Darwin at all costs
This company is horrifically managed. Despite endless issues with the property we rented, the company is evasive and refuses to get anything done in a timely manner. Additionally the company didn’t have any local presence or a direct contact. The majority of local contractors they used for maintenance requests let us know the company is blacklisted because they refuse to pay the contractors they hire. Property owner was also suspect and Darwin was unwilling or unable to assist us in matters involving the owner. Edit- see all of the other one star reviews with the same empty apologies from Darwin.
