Joined on 2nd December - house is working on electrcity changeover - for now! So I must be on Tomato Energy. Changed from Octopus which I was VERY happy with but the sales rep convinced me with the excellent rates. My only gripe currently is that customer support does not answer my emails. I have no web portal. Had no emails to setup my account. No idea how they are going to invoice me, when they will invoice me, if they are taking readings, if I have to submit readings. Can a rep check in with me and follow up. Could I just get cut off or will a red bill arrive through the post which at least gets the dialogue started. LOL Thank You Jurek *******Updating from 1 star to 4 star after receiving a phone call 2 hours after submitting this review. An incorrectly taken email address taken from me during call in December (a simple mistake) resulted in the lack of correspondence. Today's follow up from Millie, we modified email address and now I am seeing all the account setup docs. Moral of the story, perhaps drop a message on Trustpilot which they are carefully monitoring. They genuinelayy want to take the service support to a higher level. I'm changing from 1 star to 4 star. Thanks Millie
