Happy to take the money, reluctant to fulfil the order

My experience with Jura Watches (seemingly part of CW Sellors) has been terrible. I ordered a Garmin Fenix smartwatch from them in mid-March which was shown on their website as being "Available to order today for delivery: call us". On ordering I was charged full price on my card straight away. I was then sent an email saying that the watch has been ordered directly from the manufacturer and a delivery date would follow. Then nothing for two weeks until I chased them and was given another non-committal reply about it "arriving in a few weeks". Then after another chase email from me after another two weeks I was told it was "coming in the next few days". I replied with a request for a precise delivery date and was not provided with one. No reply. In 2025 it's not inconceivable to expect modern logistics to provide an accurate shipping date for a placed order, so I'll let you consider for yourself why Jura Watches was unable to provide this at any point. With a month having passed at this point I requested a refund, and was told to expect this in 7-10 working days. And then nothing again. After 10 further days of waiting I requested a same day refund and waited another two days for a response from them saying the refund had now been processed. Coincidentally or not this was the same day I had requested a charge-back from my credit card account. All this time my money that has been sitting in their bank account for six weeks at this point no doubt earning them some interest. I could not fathom trusting this company with any order at this point, and attempting a high-end luxury watch purchase from them would be lunacy. And I'll leave the reader to decide why the product status on the website was marked as "Available to order today for delivery: call us" and not "Available to order today. For delivery, call us." Innocently poor grammar?
