I didn't receive the item and Browns refuses to refund
I purchased a Gucci women's schoolbag from this website on May 1st. The delivery address is Macau. The order number is: YZNHBT. The other party showed that it was shipped at 03:20 in the morning on May 2 (Asia time). The carrier was DHL and the tracking number was 5155049480. The package was not dispatched after arriving at the Macau operation station. Instead, it was returned directly to the sender. I did not sign for it or touch the package.
