Facilities manager exchange
Me and my friends shared a cluster in exchange . We just want to thank the onsite facilities manager kris. 3 of us have rebooked and he is one of the main reasons. Not only has he gone out his way to help us on numerous occasions with issues in the accommodation, he also went out his way to reassure my mum about security in the building and the surrounding areas. We all as a Cluster feel much safer when kris is working and know he will always go out his way to ensure are issues are resolved.
