My experience of IMO The day i went to IMO Bridgwater I was greeted with Yes mate, what do you want i chose the £ 14 wash first, no attempt was made to pre-wash the wheels so I proceeded forward to the wash when entering little or no cleaning agent was sprayed on the near side after completing the wash I drove around again and complained to the attendant sadly the response was very limited I was informed that I should complain the the head office which I did on two occasions sadly no reply atall so I spent £14 for part of a car wash and a riveting conversation (not) so my advice would be to others think carefully before throwing money away at IMO car wash
