Cindy who has been handling my car damage claim has been nothing but helpful, always happy to take my call and answer any questions. Cindy has done everything she could to deal with my claim efficiently and professionally, she has been very compassionate since the start. Always kept me updated and was patient with me whilst I gathered documents and evidence. Her team are Lovley too as I have spoken with a few of them who have also been extremely helpful.
