Worst company ever, no customer service at all

Worst company ever. From the very beginning, a year ago, the only thing that worked was the purchasing part; from there on, you are on your own. No customer service whatsoever, nothing, they just send automatic emails saying they are working on it and ... "await your response or the ticket will be closed". There is no way to contact a human, there are no phone numbers and when the option is offered in the chat the link gives an error, continuously independently of the browser used. Worst, after several weeks waiting for an adequate response to my enquiry on how to continue with the service or change a SIM provider they do not response and simply renew automatically, without my permission or even mentioning it, a monthly expensive contract. I feel totally left down by this company and definitely will not be purchasing from it ever again. I just hope we can still use the watch with a new SIM card until the device stops working or does not fulfil its job, but the next child watch will definitely not be an Xplora.
