Do not trust this company I paid the extra for them to find me a test but they were unsuccessful. They did however book a test for another city that was four hours away from where I live which was not one of my choices. When I told him about this, they said it was an error I have then on multiple occasions have emailed to request a refund as they were unsuccessful in booking me a test date I should therefore be entitled to a refund. It is now been near two weeks Since they last responded which I think an utter joke that they take your money but not willing to give you a back when they have been unsuccessful in providing you with a service they say they can provide I was told it would take up to 7 days or maybe even up to 15 but usually they can get your test booked before this however it’s now been over 40 days which I have now had my test through my own original booking i mad made myself on the DVLA website
