A further update on my missing online order. I chatted to an online chat bot who put me through to an agent who told me my tracking number couldn’t be found? So she passed my mobile number and query onto customer service team who will contact me within 48 hours. It’s been over 48 hours and still no call. I have no option but to call their customer service number tomorrow instead of them calling me so I will be charged for a call which is their fault for not delivering the goods I have paid for. If I get nowhere with this then my next step is to report to Trading Standards
